MYSO Token IOO FAQs

Frequently-Asked Questions about the MYSO Token (MYT) Initial Open Offering (IOO)

What happens at expiry of the IOO? There are two possible scenarios that could occur by IOO expiry:

  • If the MYSO is worth more than the pledged collateral, users can just keep the MYSO token token and default on the loan — any rational user will want to hold on to the MYSO token and forfeit the pledged collateral if the MYSO token is worth more at loan expiry.

  • Otherwise, if the MYSO token doesn’t perform well, users can simply return the MYSO token and reclaim the pledged collateral.

What terms will I be able to acquire the MYSO token at via the IOO? Users will be able to farm MYSO tokens at a starting valuation of $22 million FDV - the same FDV and terms as MYSO's institutional seed investors. The valuation and terms will be increased gradually based on value and will settle at a final implied FDV of ~$55 million. This means that the earlier a user is able to pledge collateral into the IOO, the better the terms will be for them to acquire MYSO tokens.

What is the min/max amount of MYT one wallet address can acquire via the IOO? The minimum MYT size you can acquire is 1,000 MYT per address and the max amount of MYT that an address can acquire is 50,000 MYT.

How much MYT will be available in the IOO? 2.50% of the total supply, or 2,500,000 MYT, will be available to be acquired via the Initial Open Offering

How long will the IOO last? The IOO will go live on May 22nd at 3:00 PM UTC and users will have the opportunity to pledge collateral and participate until May 27th at 3:00 PM UTC. The IOO loan expiry will be 14 days after loan inception.
